Eric Partaker is a world-renowned CEO coach, former McKinsey partner, and entrepreneur who has advised Fortune 50 CEOs, helped build Skype’s multi-billion-dollar exit, and supported the growth of over 100 businesses globally. He also has one of the largest LinkedIn followings in the world, with over a million people receiving his daily insights into business and leadership.
His flagship offering, The Founder & CEO Accelerator, is a 10-week, cohort-based program designed for founders and CEOs who are serious about scaling their companies, strengthening their leadership, and performing at their best. The program blends expert-led Masterclasses, live coaching and mentoring, proven frameworks, and a high-impact peer community—giving leaders a practical blueprint to scale both their businesses and themselves.
At its core, the Accelerator exists to solve a fundamental problem: scaling a company isn’t just an operational challenge—it’s a leadership one. And without the right systems, mindset, and support, founders often become the bottleneck to their own growth.
How did we help?
Humble&Brag partnered with Eric, with Ed taking on the role of fractional CMO, to help evolve his personal brand towards a company brand, building cohesive, scalable content and conversion systems that would enable him and his team to monetise his LinkedIn audience.
Our work began with clarifying Eric’s positioning and narrative: not just what the Founder & CEO Accelerator is, but why it exists, who it’s for, and how it uniquely combines company-building, leadership development, and peak performance into a single, integrated program.
From there, we helped Eric build a content engine designed to acquire and nurture leads for the Accelerator; establishing authority and trust at scale, educating founders on the real challenges of scaling, and ultimately driving revenue growth from cohort to cohort.
Off the back of our experience with CareerFoundry, one of Europe's leading online tech schools, and numerous other clients, we knew webinars could be deployed to activate and nurture social audiences for high-ticket course purchases. We enlisted the help of Jakub Michalski to execute a webinar strategy that would attract tens of thousands of registrations and thousands of attendees during every enrolment window.
Along with Eric's LinkedIn prowess and his newsletter, the webinar strategy formed a powerful trifecta. The three channels combined to take the Accelerator from zero to seven figure revenue in the first year of operations, and has now become a predictable, replicable, and systemitized growth engine.
Aside from introducing and optimizing the webinar strategy, we've undertaken a broad range of responsibilities across marketing, from product page design and copywriting to ad creation and management, and lead magnet development.
Our current focus is on GEO, SEO, and YouTube growth, adding further assets to Eric's already impressive marketing mix.
